She was right on time, helped me with the surprise element, was right on time picking us up 3 hours later.  She helped make a lovely dinner in to a magical birthday celebration. As we touched down in Philly, the airline notified us that our next flight to Tampa was cancelled. We were rerouted to Sarasota and quickly started searching for car service companies who would take us from Sarasota to Tampa. I texted this service and received an immediate response - they were professional and easy to work with. Ultimately we were rerouted again to Orlando so although I didn’t end up billing them for this trip, I would definitely use them in the future.

Starting rates are $120 from Bradenton and $130 from Sarasota to Tampa International Airport (TPA). Rates from Lakewood Ranch or Siesta Key to Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) start at $50. The final price is calculated by exact distance and vehicle class when you book.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please let us know promptly if your plans change. Most airport reservations do not require prepayment. Prepaid bookings are fully refunded if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.

Does my quoted price include gratuity?

Gratuity is not included in your quoted price. Tipping is optional, and you can add it at the end of your ride if you are pleased with the service.

We do not charge for flight delays. Our dispatch team tracks all incoming flights in real time. Whether you land an hour early or three hours late, your chauffeur will be waiting at the designated pickup area, so you can relax.

Your chauffeur tracks your flight and meets you at the designated pickup area. Once you land, the chauffeur calls you. Their contact details are included in your booking confirmation, sent by email or SMS depending on how you booked.

How early should I arrive at Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ)?

Arrive 1.5–2 hours before departure. SRQ is a regional airport with one terminal, and security screening typically takes 15–20 minutes.
